Data Recovery
You’ve saved hundreds of baby, vacation and wedding photos. And now they’re gone. Not good. In computing, data recovery is a process of salvaging inaccessible data from corrupted or damaged storage, removable media or files, when the data they store cannot be accessed in a normal way.
The moment you realize your data has been lost or your computer has crashed, immediately shut off the machine and wait for a trained technician to asses the damage. Why is this important? Let’s say you’ve deleted a file, generally the file isn’t actually gone. Instead the system has simply said “this little bit of the hard is open, write something else here.” If you continue to use your computer, you risk that sector being overwritten with new data. We usually encourage our customers to learn and even “break” their websites as they follow along training timeline. This is not one of those times. Failure to follow this important step or attempting to recover the data yourself could result in further unrecoverable damage. Whether you’ve accidently deleted a file, a PCB board has gone bad or you’ve completely crashed your computer, Chrisorah can help restore and recover your important data.
