Do websites packages include creating a logo or other branding items?
All plans assume you already have a logo for your business. If you’d like to request a logo be created, let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.
How long will it take for my website to be created?
Unfortunately because every project is different we cannot give an exact time frame. Expect on average that a website takes 1-2 weeks to completion once we have everything we need to get started. If there is information required that hasn’t yet been provided, you should expect delays.
What happens after I order?
We will contact you within 24 hours to request details about your project. We’ll work with you to gather your business info, details, logo and other materials to start on your website.
Next we’ll send an invite email for you to access our Project Tracking system. Once logged in you’ll be able to track the progress of your website and provide feedback if applicable.
Finally after a review of your website a final draft will be provide to you. You can then upload this to your own server or if you’ve chosen to host with us we’ll upload and set everything up for you.
Am I responsible for the content or text related to my site?
Yes. Unless you already have an existing site in which we can copy and paste the relevant information over, you’ll need to provide us with the necessary content. Generally we’ll use dummy text on your site which you can then update as needed. Alternatively you can provide us with a word document which clearly lays out where and what text you want added to your site. If you need help, let us know we can easily help you through this process.
Do I need to provide images?
No. With the exception of your logo or unique images related to your business, we have a wide array of royality free images we use at no extra cost to you.
What if I need more pages?
You are more than welcome to request more pages at an additional cost. We’re also flexible with our plans, if there is a feature you don’t need and would like replaced with an extra page or other similar offers, we’ll generally work with you and your budget. To date there hasn’t been a budget we haven’t been able to accommodate!
