A Website Intelligence Briefing is a focused report summarizing your site’s security posture, update activity, uptime monitoring, and visitor engagement. In addition to core metrics, it provides clear visibility into the key protection systems integrated through Chrisorah Safeguard™, including vulnerability monitoring, daily backups, SSL status, domain health, caching performance, and comment system oversight. Each briefing documents the ongoing work performed to maintain your website’s security, stability, and overall operational health.
How much does Chrisorah Safeguard™ cost?
Chrisorah Safeguard™ is $95 per month for a standard website and $150 per month for ecommerce websites.
Is Chrisorah Safeguard™ included in my Annual Care or Growth Plan?
Yes. If you are enrolled in a Chrisorah Annual Care or Growth Plan, Chrisorah Safeguard™ is already included at no additional cost.
What if our websites is hosted with Chrisorah?
Discounts are available for clients on Chrisorah hosting-only plans. Chrisorah Safeguard™ is offered as an add-on service, with preferred pricing for hosted clients.
What if my website is hosted somewhere else?
It doesn’t matter where your website is hosted. Chrisorah Safeguard™ operates independently of your hosting provider. We monitor, maintain, and protect your site regardless of where it is hosted.
What happens if my website experiences an issue?
If a problem is detected — such as downtime, security vulnerabilities, or update conflicts — our team is alerted and will begin troubleshooting immediately. Up to one hour of intervention is included per occurrence to resolve the issue. If additional work is required beyond the first hour, we will contact you with recommendations before proceeding. You will be notified if any action is needed on your end.
Do I need to do anything after signup?
If you are a new to Chrisorah, we will need access to your WordPress dashboard to complete the initial setup. After that, all monitoring, maintenance, and reporting are fully managed by our team. You’ll receive regular Website Intelligence Briefings, keeping you fully informed of your site’s health and activity.
What if I already have my own backup system or security plugin?
That’s great — Chrisorah Safeguard™ will work alongside your existing systems, adding a professional layer of oversight, management, and reporting. We’ll review your current setup to avoid conflicts.
Will you notify me if my website has a critical issue?
Yes. If a major issue such as downtime, SSL expiration, or a security threat is detected, we will alert you immediately and begin taking corrective action.
