There’s nothing worse than hiring a web designer only to lose consistent contact with them after payment has been accepted. We want you to know how your project is progressing every step of the way. That’s why we use a custom tailored project management system.
After we start on your project, within 24 hours, we’ll send you a link to your personal project management page. From here, you’ll be able to see a list of tasks and estimated completion dates. You’re able to easily view completed and current tasks simply by viewing their bright green tags. Furthermore, you’ll have the ability to chat with us directly on each task, provide feedback, view screenshots or simply sit back and watch as our team works away on your project. 24 hours a day.
Perhaps we missed something during our initial consultation? No problem, simply add a “new task” and a staff member will pick it up. Even better, your panel stays with you far past the life of your initial project. You may decide to use us again in the future! (As many of our client do) All of your previous tasks, as well as your new ones, will be available for viewing. Constant communication is important. 1 am and can’t sleep? We’re probably awake, pop in and say hello!
